2. Documents Required
- Aadhaar Card: The Aadhaar number of the proprietor in the case of a proprietorship, or of the managing partner or director in case of a partnership or company.
- PAN Card: PAN card of the business entity or the individual, depending on the type of business.
- Bank Account Details: Bank account number and IFSC code.
- Business Address: Proof of business address such as rental agreement or utility bill.
3. Registration Process
Online Registration through Udyam Portal
- Visit Udyam Registration Portal: Go to the official Udyam Registration portal (https://udyamregistration.gov.in).
- Enter Aadhaar Number: For new registration, enter the Aadhaar number and validate with OTP received on the registered mobile number.
- Fill Details: Enter the details such as name, social category, type of organization, PAN number, location of plant, and office address.
- Bank Details: Provide bank account details including account number and IFSC code.
- Business Activity: Describe the major activity of your enterprise, whether manufacturing or service.
- Investment and Turnover: Enter the details of investment in plant and machinery and annual turnover.
- Submit Application: Review the details and submit the application. An acknowledgment with a unique registration number will be generated.
Offline Registration (if applicable)
- Download Form: Download the application form from the MSME Development Institute or local District Industries Centre (DIC).
- Fill and Submit: Fill out the form and submit it along with the required documents to the DIC or MSME Development Institute.
